PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Gianmarco has a master degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Padua.

His Intellectual Property career began in October 2019 at Gallo & Partners.
He has a professional qualification as Patent and designs Attorney before the Italian Patent and Trademarks Office (UIBM) and the European Patent Office (EPO).
He attended training courses organised by CEIPI, Deltapatents and Politecnico di Milano.

Gianmarco specializes in drafting and filing patent applications, mainly in the mechanical, chemical, and materials production and processing sectors, as well as conducting prior art searches, patentability assessments, and infringement analyses.
