PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Giuliano has a master degree in Electronic Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Padua.
He joined the Intellectual Property sector in February 2008 at Gallo & Partners.
He has a professional qualification as Patent and designs Attorney before the Italian Patent and Trademarks Office (UIBM) and the European Patent Office (EPO), and oversees the corresponding filing and examination procedures for various client companies, particularly in the field of electronics, electromechanical and industrial automation.
He provides advice on Ornamental Patents and Designs. In particular, he drafts and files patent applications and handles granting procedures before the designated offices, prior art searches, patentability opinions, validity assessments, infringement opinions, filing and granting of designs and models.
