PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Currently completing a Law degree at the University of Verona, with a thesis focused on Industrial Law. To strengthen her legal expertise in the field of Intellectual Property, Kamila joined Gallo & Partners in March 2024 to undertake her professional practice in preparation for the qualification exam to become a trademark consultant.

In her role, she assists attorneys in supporting clients with the registration of Italian, European, and international trademarks. She conducts prior art and similarity searches, manages trademark maintenance in the United States, performs case law research, handles filing procedures, and prepares arguments for administrative nullity and opposition proceedings before the competent Offices.
