PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

After earning a Law degree from the University of Padua, she completed a Second-Level Master’s program in “International Business Law” at the University of Padua, concluding her studies with a thesis in Intellectual Property Law titled ‘The Patronymic Trademark in the Fashion Industry.’

Following part of her legal internship at a firm specialized in Intellectual Property, she joined Gallo & Partners in June 2024. She is enrolled in the professional internship in preparation for the qualification exam to become a trademark consultant and has attended the 2024/2025 Trademark Course organized by the Politecnico di Milano.

She supports attorneys in assisting clients with the registration of Italian, European, and international trademarks. Her work includes conducting prior art and similarity searches, performing case law research, handling filing procedures, and preparing arguments for administrative opposition and nullity proceedings before the competent Offices.

She also manages filing procedures for transcriptions and annotations at the Italian Patent and Trademark Office.
