PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Valeria began her professional activity in the field of industrial property in 2016 at a specialized firm in Vicenza. Over the years, she gained extensive experience collaborating with several professionals in IP, focusing on strategic consulting for the protection of trademarks and designs, both in Italy and internationally. Joined Gallo & Partners in 2025.

Valeria provides customers with support in prior art searches and analyses, managing trademark and design portfolios, and handling filing, opposition, invalidity, and revocation proceedings before all designated offices.

She also advises clients on optimal strategies for the protection and enhancement of IP rights, including drafting legal opinions, coexistence agreements, and conducting monitoring activities.
