PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Marta has a master degree in Law from the University of Trento and she passed the Italian bar exam.
She spent part of his university career abroad at the Shanghai International Studies University (SISU) and completed an internship period at the Italian embassy in Beijing.

After completing her legal traineeship and an internship at the Court of Appeal of Venice, she joined Gallo & Partners in January 2022 and is currently enrolled in the professional trainee programme for admission to the Trademark attorney qualification exam.
She attended training courses organised by the Politecnico di Milano.

Marta supports Trademark Attorneys to assist the clients throughout the registration process in Italy, the European Union and worldwide. She conducts prior and similarity search, handles filing procedures, carries out case-law verifications and draws up arguments in invalidity and opposition administrative proceedings before all designated offices.
