PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

With Gallo & Partners since 2015, over the years she gained considerable experience in trademark analysis and search.

Martina supports customers throughout the registration process in Italy, the European Union and worldwide. She conducts prior and similarity search, handles filing procedures, carries out case-law verifications and provides advice to the customer to identify the best trademark enforcement strategy.
She also gained an extensive experience in invalidity and opposition administrative proceedings before all designated offices.

Martina manages the trademark portfolio of customers operating in various commercial sectors including cosmetics, fashion, food, oenological and home improvement.

In addition, she handles the recording of transfers or changes affecting the ownership for all IP rights, the drafting of coexistence agreements, and she also files inedited works before the SIAE, the Italian Authors’ and Publishers’ Association.
